Isanti, derived from the Xhosa word for sand, is a spacious and modern two story, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathroom villa, located in Silver Sands, one of Jamaica’s most exclusive gated beach communities. The spacious living, dining and game areas are airconditioned and looks out to the private pool salt water pool, pool deck and hot tub.
The house has limited wheelchair accessibility (on the ground floor), and is only a 4 minute walk to the onsite private swimming beach, bar, grill, and beach patio. Isanti also comes with its own golf cart, which can be rented at a minimal fee.
Maximum 10 people.
Minimum Stay 7 Nights – from December 20 – January 10
Minimum Stay 5 Nights – from January 11 – July 10
Minimum Stay 2 Nights – from July 11 – December 19
- Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All taxes are included in rates.
- Rates are not inclusive of roundtrip airport transfers.
- Rent as 5 bedrooms.
- Weekly rates are pro-rated for stays of less than 7 nights and vary according to the number of persons and the time of year.
- Surcharge for Extra person(s) – US$30 per person per night from July July 11 – December 19 US$40 per person per night – December 20 – July 10
Christmas – New Year Period: All bedrooms rented at Peak Season rate, a minimum of one week over Christmas or one week over New Year (the week cannot include Christmas and New Year). For a one week booking, your stay must start or end on December 28 or 29. If you wish to book Christmas and New Year, a minimum of two weeks has to be booked at the Peak Season rate.
