Seamoor Villa is a beautifully decorated four bedroom, four bathroom villa, located in the beautiful, gated Resort community of Silver Sands, just 55 minutes east of Montego Bay.

The house features a large covered verandah with sea views, which flows out on to the pool deck. There is also an L shaped pool, bar station and outdoor eating area. The onsite Silver Sands swimming beach, beach patio, bar and grill are only only a 5 minute walk from the house.

Minimum Stay 3 Nights.

Refundable Security Deposit Required.

Terms and Policies

Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All taxes are included in rates.
Rent as a 2, 3, or bedroom. Bedrooms not booked by you are closed off.
Weekly rates are pro-rated for stays of less than 7 nights and vary according to the number
of persons/bedrooms and the time of year.
Maximum number of persons allowed - 8 (2 years and older)
Free Airport Transfers from Montego Bay for stays of 7 nights or more (i.e. one FREE pick up and
one FREE drop off for all members of your party, traveling together).

Christmas - New Year Period: All bedrooms rented at Peak Season rate, a minimum of one week over Christmas or one week over New Year (the week cannot include Christmas and New Year). For a one week booking, your stay must start or end on December 28 or 29. If you wish to book Christmas and New Year, a minimum of two weeks has to be booked at the Peak Season rate.

Bedroom opens to the pool deck.

Bedroom opens onto the spacious verandah, which leads out to the pool deck.
