Located in the beautiful seaside gated community of Silver Sands, is Casa del Compadre. This charming 4 bedroom villa, is less than 3 minutes walk to the onsite private beach, bar, grill and beach patio. The villa boasts its own private swimming pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas which flow onto the pool deck, and offers partial views of the Caribbean Sea. All the bedrooms and the open plan living and dining room are air conditioned Note: Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and has a separate entrance. Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All taxes are included in rates.
Rent 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms not booked by you are closed off.
Weekly rates are pro-rated for stays of less than 7 nights and vary according to the number of persons/bedrooms and the time of year.
Free round trip Airport Transfers from Montego Bay for stays of 7 nights or more (i.e. one FREE pick up and one FREE drop off for all members of your party.

Maximum number of persons - 8 ( 2 years old and over).
Christmas – New Year Period: All bedrooms rented at Peak Season rate, a minimum of one week over Christmas or one week over New Year (the week cannot include Christmas and New Year). For a one week booking, your stay must start or end on December 27, 28 or 29. If you wish to book Christmas and New Year, a minimum of two weeks has to be booked at the Peak Season rate.

Bedroom 4 Queen size bed, Air Conditioning, Cceiling Fan, En-suite bathroom with shower, Screened Windows, Starlink TV with Firestick. **This bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Occupants of this bedroom will have to use the outdoor staircase to access the upper level of the house, where the other bedrooms and main areas are located.
