Pineapple Villa, located in the Silver Sands Community, is a spacious 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom beautifully decorated split level villa, boasting three (3) living rooms, private swimming pool, private hot tub and spectacular sea views.
Only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The ground floor has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, dining area and kitchen. There are also two verandas on the ground floor and a very large patio, flowing off the main veranda area. Making it the perfect setting for outdoor dining. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and patio with panoramic sea views are located on the second floor.

Pineapple Villa is located on the same lot as its sister cottage, Pineapple Cottage. Both houses are separated by a wide driveway and can be rented together to accommodate large groups.

Minimum Stay 4 Nights.

Rates

Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). All taxes are included in rates.
Rent as a 5, 6 or 7 bedroom. Bedrooms not booked by you are closed off.
Weekly rates are pro-rated for stays of less than 7 nights and vary according to the number
of persons/bedrooms and the time of year.
2 persons per bedroom. Maximum 16 persons regardless of age
If group exceeds 14 persons, there is a surcharge of $40 per additional person (2 years old and over), per night.
Free Airport Transfers from Montego Bay for stays of 7 nights or more
(i.e. one FREE pick up and one FREE drop off for all members of your party, traveling together).

Christmas – New Year Period: All bedrooms rented at Peak Season rate, a minimum of one week over Christmas or one week over New Year (the week cannot include Christmas and New Year). For a one week booking, your stay must start or end on December 27, 28 or 29.
