Queens Cottage is a newly renovated luxurious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, beachfront villa, located just 55 minutes east of Montego Bay, in the quiet gated seaside community of Silver Sands,.
The house is only steps from the beach, and enjoys unobstructed sea views from the living/dining areas and large veranda/pool deck. Named after Queen Elizabeth II, who took a much needed siesta there for a day in 1957.
** No family reunions and dinners with joint villas. Absolutely no events, parties or extra persons are permitted.
** Smoking not permitted inside the house.
** No pets allowed.

Rent as a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom. Bedrooms not booked by you are closed off.

Weekly rates are pro-rated for stays of less than 7 nights and vary according to the number of
persons/bedrooms and the time of year. -
Free Airport Transfers from Montego Bay for stays of 7 nights or more (i.e. one FREE pick up and one FREE drop off for all members of your party, traveling together).
Maximum number of persons permitted: 8 persons (2 years old and over)
Christmas – New Year Period: All bedrooms rented for a minimum of one(1) week over Christmas or one(1) week over New Year (the week cannot include Christmas and New Year). For a one week booking, your stay must start or end on December 28 or 29. If you wish to book Christmas and New Year, a minimum of two weeks has to be booked.

This bedroom has no windows.

Bedroom 4
